IT Support information


If you’re here looking to find out your classcharts or google classroom logins, please email the IT Support Desk on the email address below. You can access your email here by using your full email address ( and password. If you cannot remember your password for your email/computer account, please contact IT support via the school telephone number or email us below.

If you cannot remember your details for Mathswatch, Seneca,  Sparx, we do not look after these websites, but you should use the “forgot password” link on the relevant website which should send an email to your school account.

If you do not have Microsoft Office at home, you can get this using your school login details here. If you are using a DfE provided device (Provided by us, fully boxed) this unfortunately is not compatible as these run Windows 10 S and it is not possible to switch this off. You can continue to use our remote desktop to access the Office suite.

If you have a query or are having issues accessing yours account, please email our IT Support Desk at including details on the service you are having issue accessing (for example; Email, Remote Desktop, Google Account, ClassCharts).


If you require any password resets or have any other queries, please email our IT Support helpdesk in the first instance and someone will make contact with you as soon as possible.
