Changes to MIS and ParentPay
Over the Easter break we will be completing a major transition and upgrade to our school management system to new cloud-based software. Initially the only change you will see are e-mails and texts arriving from different e-mail addresses and phone numbers respectively, however in the coming months we will be introducing some great new communication features via a new parent app and look forward to sending you further information on this nearer the time.
As part of the migration we will also be taking the final step to becoming a cashless site which means students will no longer be able to top up their catering accounts by bringing in cash. We are aware that the vast majority of people are already using use our e-payment system to pay for dinner money, trips and all other school activities but there are still a few users not signed up.
If you are already signed up but not a frequent user then please do login to your account via https://www.parentpay.com/ and check that this works as expected. If you are not currently signed up then you will shortly be receiving another email with sign up and activation details which are unique to you.
For those unable to top up online there is a PayPoint solution which is accessible in local shops which we are happy to discuss with you in addition to other ways in which we can support.
