Immunisation Team Letter regarding Uncompleted Vaccinations Sessions
Dear Parents and Carers,
For several reasons, including the rapid roll out and high uptake of the extended vaccination programme the school aged immunisation team are not always able to complete all requested Covid and flu vaccinations in schools on the day of the session.
We apologise that your child’s school is one of these schools and we apologise if due to this your child has missed the opportunity to be vaccinated.
We are working with wider systems to ensure that all children have further opportunities to receive these vaccines should you require.

For children who have already consented for the flu Immunisation we are aiming to return to your child’s school, the date of this session will be sent via school as soon as possible. Please note sessions for Flu will run as planned until the End of January 2021.
