With most of us ensuring we use our daily exercise allowance how many miles can you walk, run or cycle in May?
Miss Brown is asking staff and students to track their daily exercise and compete to win prizes. Could you aim for between 50-100 miles? Even better, send your photos in of you on your daily exercise. This could be the perfect opportunity to get off the sofa and away from the games console.
To measure your miles there are loads of free apps on your smartphones: Strava, RunKeeper etc. At the end of the month, submit your distance and method of exercise online here.
